Community Land - Lease Consultation

Consultation has concluded

There are currently three (3) lease or licence agreements on Community Land which are due for renewal:

  • Port MacDonnell Maritime Museum at 5-7 Charles Street, Port MacDonnell,
  • DRAC Community Hall at 9-17 Adams Street, Donovans, and
  • Portion of the Rocks Tavern car park at 2-6 Carpenter Rocks Road, Carpenter Rocks.

Council is proposing to lease the sites for a period of 10 years and as a result we are seeking community feedback on the proposed agreements, prior to entering into them.

The proposed agreements can be viewed under the documents tab to the right of the page.

Community consultation is from 19 January until 9 February 2022, feedback can be provided in the following ways:

  • By completing the feedback form below
  • Written submission via:
    • email to info@dcgrant.sa.gov.au,
    • posted to PO Box 724 Mount Gambier SA 5290, or
    • hand delivered to a Council office 324 Commercial St West or Port MacDonnell Community Complex, Charles St Port MacDonnell.
