Community Land Lease Consultation

COMMUNITY CONSULTATION HAS CONCLUDED.

There are currently three (3) lease or licence agreements on Community Land which are due for renewal:

• Port MacDonnell CFS Depot at 60 Elizabeth Street, Port MacDonnell,
• Blackfellows Caves CFS Depot at 17 Saunders Road, Blackfellows Caves, and
• Donovans CFS Depot at 9-17 Adams Street, Donovans.

It is proposed the leases for the sites be renewed for a further twenty one (21) years and as a result we are seeking community feedback on the proposed agreements, prior to entering into them.

Community consultation is from 8 June until 29 June 2022, feedback can be provided in the following ways:

• Complete the online feedback form below
• Download a copy of the feedback form from the documents section, on the right of the page, and submit via email info@dcgrant.sa.gov.au or in person at the Council office (324 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier)
