Council delivers a number of waste services across the District and we want your feedback about them! That way we can keep improving and making sure that you are getting the right information and we are providing services that meet both your needs and those of the community as a whole.

How to give us your feedback?

There are a couple of options for giving us your feedback below:

1. Tell us what you think- feedback, ideas and opportunities for improvement

2. Any questions? Post any waste related questions and we will aim to get back to you within 5 business days.

How will we use your feedback?

While we will aim to continuously improve Council cannot accommodate every request due to service levels and budget constraints, however we will use your feedback through a quarterly report so that we can review our services and identify new opportunities.
